Invitation to Bid
The project involves the complete removal and replacement of the existing audio system within the 18,365-square-foot gymnasium, with a 35 ft+ ceiling height which maintains a spectator capacity of 3,000. The new system must be engineered for high-performance audio and visual delivery across two primary facility configurations: a "Tournament Mode" featuring three active full-size basketball courts with bleachers retracted, and a "Varsity Competition Mode" utilizing a single central court with bleachers fully extended. The solution must provide high-intelligibility speech and high-fidelity music reinforcement for Wyoming varsity basketball, volleyball, and wrestling competitions, as well as large-scale public events such as prom and graduation ceremonies.
Sealed bids clearly marked RHS Gym Sound System will be received by the district until 2:00 pm MST on February 3rd, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
