Ashgrove Families, we have had requests for some support around getting parents connected to Rooms on the Fremont 25 App. If you want help - getting it set up, sending messages to teachers, getting announcements, or any other Rooms issue, please come see us next Tuesday after school (Sept. 26, 2:50 - 3:45)! We will be in the Ashgrove Computer Lab.
Hello Ashgrove Families! This year instead of using Class Dojo the entire district has shifted to using Rooms, for school to home communication and vice versa. At the beginning of the school year you should have received an email or text from the district with a link to set that up. There is a picture below with instructions as well. If you haven't received an email or text or you need assistance please let us know or email Lindsey Cox at lcox@fremont25.org . Lindsey will be the one to give you the "magic code " you'll need to set up. We look forward to being able to communicate with you through this app so we can stay connected through the school year!!

Just a reminder (or 2)…
The front doors open at 7:30. We do not have student supervision before that, so please do not drop your student off before 7:30.
School starts at 8:00. Students are tardy after 8:00, and marked absent for the morning after 8:30. If they have been to an appointment, please bring a note.
Students leaving school before 2:00 will be marked absent for the afternoon. After 2:00 they will be marked as an early exit, which is an equivalent to a tardy. If they are leaving for an appointment, this will be excused with a note. School is dismissed at 3:10 daily.
Please be sure, if you have not done so, to complete your enrollment forms. This is required yearly to ensure that we have the most current information. This also provides permission for field trips, computer usage, transportation, and more. Our first field trip is the Homecoming parade (9/21/23). Students with incomplete enrollments will not have permission to attend.
It was so awesome to see so many of you last night at our open house and also at the Back to School Blast!!!! so many of you have completed your enrollment forms, but we still have quite a few of them that need to be done. Parents, please jump online and complete your 2023-24 forms!!! See you all on Tuesday!!

Ashgrove - Please join us Tuesday, April 11, from 5:00-6:30 for a NUMBERS & NACHOS Title 1 Math Make-n-Take Family Night. Make your own nachos, taco or burrito from our Mexican buffet and then visit a station (or 2 or 3) and make a Math game to play and take home. It's our final event of the school year and one of the best! Look forward to seeing you on April 11!
