Episode 3 of Math Games -- brought to you by Title 1! This week's video explains how to play the game "Basic Number Battle" with your child(ren). It develops fluency in a variety of ways. First, you can compare the numbers for greater than/less than, letting the greater number win in one game and the least number win in another game. Second, you can have addition/subtraction facts and the individual who gives the correct response first gets both cards regardless of whose card had the greater value. Finally, you can play as multiplication war using cards 0-12 (if using a standard deck you will need to number the Jack 11, Queen, 12, and not use the King). Please contact me if you need cards to play these games at home and/or would like the printed instructions. Enjoy playing!

The April PAC meeting is tonight at 4:30, we hope to see you there!

PAC would like to offer this public service announcement to educate you on issues around vaping.
Think your child wouldn't vape? Statistics say they might. We encourage you to be proactive with your child and learn about the dangers of vaping. The American Lung Association has provided a place where you can get the facts and has a guide entitled "Start the Conversation" to support parents as they prepare to have conversations with their child(ren). Copy and paste this link into your web browser for information and support:
