Faculty Comments: Mrs. Annette Benn-ThorntonI am proud to nominate Jacen Jaite for Student of the Week. If you’ve spent any time around him, you already know he’s one of those people who can “Be the reason someone smiles today.” He has a naturally warm and friendly personality that makes everyone feel welcome. Jacen is the definition of a hard worker. He’s incredibly talented as both an actor and a musician, yet he never feels like he’s too good to learn something new. He’s always willing to step out of his comfort zone to master a new skill, and he manages to do all of this while keeping his grades up and staying on top of his studies. The thing I appreciate most about Jacen is his integrity and how responsible he is. He is a fantastic teammate who always looks out for the people around him. When Jacen says he’s going to do something, it gets done. That kind of reliability is rare, and it makes him someone everyone truly trusts. He’s kind, he’s grounded, and he’s exactly the kind of person who deserves this recognition.
Mrs. Kimber Tower: I want to nominate Jacen Jaite. He is very responsible in class and when I have seen him in the community. He is a great leader and just a good kid all around.
